dear sirs,madams i joined your service april 13 06. after two days of trying to connect your techs told me that my modem was bad. i had it replaced but only got on line 90% of the time.( within two minutes it would disconnect me.) i have spent a lot of time and cell phone minutes calling everyday. if someone would please get & read my file. perhaps you could help with this problem. i have payed up for 1 year. if you can,t help me stay on line then would you please refund me moneys as i will look else where. h 330-837-7667 c 330-412-1510 4099 harbrook sw navarre,ohio 44662 thank you carl c selegean

dear sirs , I have been using your services for about 4 years, it seems to be getting worse not better. It takes a long time going from site to site. When I go to read my e-mail it continually jumps off line. My computer is moving very slow even though I have your accelerated version. I thought it was because I have so much on my computer but I bout a new computer and I’m still having the same problems I think I’ll change ISP It may be more for some but that’s ok. You get what you pay for.

After installing your program I immediately started having problems. I installed your program from a disk sent to me after signing up for the service. When I tried to connect to your web page I found that your instillation disk had my modem calling a 555-555-5555 number, which would not connect. Where this phone number came from I have no ideal, because I installed the five local numbers in your installation disk. Secondly after calling for help and getting on line, my user name and password did not allow me access to your browser. After about three more calls for help, my problems only became worse. I finally uninstalled and then reinstalled your programming, utilizing some of the information I received from your outsourcing help. Other than being extremely slow things seemed to work OK. However the next day your system would function properly and allow me to access my secondary browser. In short I don’t need the aggravation.
