My experience with homeclick.com has been miserable. My order was placed a month ago. When it never arrived and no one at the consumer service department could give me an update status after twice requesting one, I was forced to cancel that order: an option made available to me on the site. They could/would only cancel part of my order and days later I have no answer as to why the bulk of my order has not be canceled.
