I used completetax.com to calculate and efile my return but there was a huge hitch. They indicated on thier site that my taxes would be sent to the IRS on the 12 of Jan. (the first day that the IRS was accepting efilings) when in fact it was not sent to the IRS until the 20 of Jan. I looked for resons for this on thier site and emailed them repeatedly looking for answeres and got none. In my view this company did not work with me in good faith and I would recommend using someone else. Smickey

I entered my tax information on Jan.29 Today is Feb 8 and it has not moved
I have been trying to get in touch with them for 3 days and no-one is anwering my email I would’nt even give them one star
