be aware that you get charged automatically by audible.com and as i did, i changed my e-mail and i thought i cancelled my account with andible but was unaware of the deduction each month.
now i cannot even get back on as a customer to cancel it.
the only times i remember to call them are after hours, or during the weekends.
this is most inconvenient. couldn’t there be an easier way to get on line and access your old account without having to jump through hoops?
