This florist replaced my order with flowers without my consent. My father was sent tropical flowers- but he lives in Hawaii and these are very common. Although thecustomer service is courteous, they are not an honest business as the person I spoke to said that she had been “trying” to call and email. I work at home. I did not receive one phone call nor an email in response to my intial message about the arrangement and now I was past the deadline for a refund which shows how desperate for business they are.They did not follow standard procedure as would a reputable florist do if it needed to use replacement flowers. I order flowers very often and will NEVER use them again as they were blatantly dishonest. The arrangement was $75 and they offered my a $9.95 refund.
